How to delete your data

If you chatted on WhatsApp with a business assistant run by Neuronyx AI (including Lahja assistants), contacted us through our website, or used our API, you can ask us to delete your data at any time. It’s free.

Option 1 — Email us

Send an email to info@neuronyxai.com with:

• Subject: Delete my data
• The WhatsApp number you used, in full (for example +964 770 123 4567)
• The business you talked to, if you know its name (it helps us find you faster)
• For API users: the email address on your account

Option 2 — Ask in the WhatsApp chat

In the chat with the business’s assistant, write that you want to talk to a person and that you want your data deleted. The business’s staff will pass the request to us.

What happens next

1. We confirm we received your request within 1 working day (Saturday to Thursday).
2. We check the request comes from the owner of that number — usually by sending a short confirmation message to the same WhatsApp number or email.
3. We delete, within 30 days:
   • your conversation history with the assistant (messages, transcripts of voice notes, the assistant’s replies);
   • your orders, bookings, requests and survey answers stored with us;
   • your name, phone number and address stored with us;
   • for the website: your form messages; for the API: your account and usage records (billing records the law requires us to keep are kept, and nothing else).
4. We tell you when it’s done.

Good to know

• Voice notes: we never store the audio of your voice notes — only their text, which is deleted with your conversation.
• The business you talked to may have to keep some records by law (for example, a completed sale or an invoice) in its own systems. We’ll tell the business about your request.
• WhatsApp itself is run by Meta. Messages in your own WhatsApp app stay on your phone, and Meta keeps its own records under the WhatsApp privacy policy. To delete those, use WhatsApp’s own settings.
• If you message the assistant again later, a new conversation will be stored as usual.
